Agyeman Sarpong Frederick
Mr. Agyeman Sarpong Frederick was born on the 16th of November, 1965 in Osino, Eastern Region.He is a Ghanaian married with beautiful children. He is trustworthy,well-behaved, creative and devoted to duty Highly experienced in the managerial field such as marketing, procurement/logistic, human resource management, stores/warehousing handling, and good at delivering good customer services.
He attended Nkawkaw Secondary School for his ‘O’ Level education from September 1982 to June 1987 and Abuakwa State College for my ‘A’ Level education from September 1987 to June 1989. From there He went to Accra Polytechnic and majored in Purchasing and Supply for his HND Certificate from September 1996 to July 1999.
Later, He went to Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi for his BA (HONS) in Sociology and Social Work from August 2007 to June 2011 and MBA (HONS) in Human Resource Management at KNUST School of Business from August 2014 to May 2016. He is currently at the University of Education Winneba for his Post Graduate Diploma in Education from August 2016 till date. He has other certificates like Professional Driver’s License at Macashelly Tech/Driving Inst. Osu-Re-(Accra) from January 1993 to March 1993, Microsoft Office User Certificate (O.U.C) at IPMC North Legon in August 2006, Project of Ghana Cocoa Board International Cocoa Institute (Capacity Building Course) Bunso Cocoa College E/R from 4th to 10th of September 2005 and did a Practical Orientation at Achiakrom Wood Institution Ejisu/Ashanti from 18th to 24th of September 2005.
Aside all his education and qualifications, he has a lot of work experience as well. From October 1989 to August 1990, He taught Social Studies, Cultural Studies, and English at Awuronsua L/A J.S.S (‘A’ Level) during his National Service. He also went to teach English, Economics, and Commerce at Kwahu Commercial Institute, Nkawkaw from September 1990 to September 1991. Afterward, he became an Accounts Clerk which involved taking care of all subsiding books; receiving cheques and cash from customers and issuing receipts as well as lodging accumulated cash and cheques at the company’s account, and many more from October 1991 to December 1992.
Then he started working as a Store/Warehouse/Clearing and Forwarding Officer from January 1993 to December 1995 and also as a Marketing Officer at Ghamanson International (GH) Ltd. Accra (Distributors of Foreign Alcoholic Beverage/Cosmetics) from January 1996 to September 1999. He continued with his National Service –HND P/S (GHANA EDUCATION SERVICE) in the Supply and Logistics Department Tema Warehouse from November 1999 to September 2000 and also the Sales Manager of Fanel Company Ltd., Accra (Distributors of foreign/local alcoholic beverage and filtered sachet water) from October 2000 to November 2002. He later became Stores/Warehouse Officer at Vista 2000 Company Ltd. (Importers of Paper Product) from December 2002 to July 2003 and the District Manager (Kade) at Federated Commodities Co. Ltd. (Licensed Cocoa Buying Company) from August 2003 to June 2007. From there he started working at the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) as the Senior Disaster Control Officer from September 2011 to December 2012 and later moved to Bepong Senior High as Social Studies Master from 1st January 2013 to 31st August 2014 as well as New Juaben Senior High School from 1st September 2014 to 31st January 2017.
In February 2017, he was employed by the GCB Bank as a Credit Officer at the Koforidua Branch. 6 months later, he was transferred to the Kibi Branch in the Eastern Region where he is currently working. He has held a lot of positions for a very long time till now. He started as the House 2 Secretary of Nkawkaw Secondary School from 1986 to 1987, Secretary of Scripture Union, Abuakwa State College from 1988 to 1998. In Assemblies of God Church, I held the position of Welfare Chairman at Haatso Unity Assemblies of God Church and P.T.A Chairman at Child’s Time Learning Centre, North Legon from 2001 to 2003 and Welfare chairman, District Coordinator, and Professional Networking Representative at Akwatia/Kade Assemblies of God Church from 2004 to 2006. He was an Assistant Examiner (Social Studies) of the National Board for Professional and Technical Education (NAPTEX) which involves marking of scripts, coordinating with the chief examiner, and report writing on the marked scripts from 1st June till date and also became a member of the Guidance and Counseling Team in NJUASCO which commenced from 1st September 2014 to January 2016.
During that period, he became Form Master in New Juaben Senior High from 1st September 2015 which included chairing class meetings every fortnight, making remarks on their academic performance on their terminal reports, assisting them in research for interclass debate, and other competitions, and many more. Still at New Juaben Senior High he became Dining Hall Master which also involves maintaining discipline, order and ensure proper use of the cutlery set, dealing with students’ population of about 1,850 boarders in the dining hall, supervising the general cleaning of the hall, and its environs, to ensure the right quantity and quality of food served at the dining hall and more which also commenced from 1st April 2016 to. In 2015, He was called into Eldership in the Church of Pentecost, Koforidua Effiduase Area specifically Jumapo District.
