A versatile legal luminary with great interest in Law of Contract, International Corporate and Commercial law. He is a positive and a socially conscious individual, with intercontinental/Culture exposure and well informed about societal challenges. His exposure to the different cultures, across continents, and their legal systems gives him an edge in providing fresh insights into the legal systems and institutions of the postcolonial world. He had both his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (BA.LLB) and Masters of Laws (LL.M) in Corporate Law in University School of Law and Legal Studies of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
To augment his legal knowledge, he has made conscious efforts to work with various Law firms, High Courts and International Legal organizations. Keen on making a positive impact in every society he finds himself in, he has a track record of working and partnering with various NGO’s, private and public sector institutions to carry out awareness and outreach programs for the marginalized groups in today’s society
In the year 2018, Foster, together with other youth leaders from Nepal, Uganda, India, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, The Gambia, Afghanistan, Vietnam and China founded African Asia Youth Foundation(AAYFO), a dynamic youth network to seek pathways in fostering collaborations between youths of both continents having identified key areas of exchange in Education, Culture, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Entrepreneurship, Research & Development to spur sustainable youth growth in pursuant of the attainment of Agenda 2030.
He also served, served as the Public Relations Officer for Association of African Students in India (AASI) from June, 2018 to June, 2019
His areas of interests and experience includes Law of Contract, International Corporate and Commercial Law, International Trade Law, International Humanitarian Law, Legal drafting, Interviewing and Counselling, Public Relations and Legal Research.
